How often should I pump my tank?
Every three to five years for a typical household. Two people in a 1,500-gallon system can stretch longer; a family of six on a 1,000-gallon tank needs it sooner. We measure sludge depth on every visit and tell you your real interval.
How long does a pump-out take?
One to two hours including locating the tank, uncovering lids, pumping both compartments, inspecting baffles and filters, and cleaning up the site.
Do you handle county permits on new installs?
Yes. Site evaluation, soil analysis, design submittal, permit application, and final inspection scheduling are all part of the install price.
Can you inspect a system for a closing?
That’s a large part of what we do. Flat $450, same-day PDF report with photos, and a written repair estimate if anything fails, so option-period negotiations don’t stall.
What keeps a system healthy between visits?
Spread out laundry loads, keep grease and wipes out of the drains, keep vehicles off the drain field, and route gutters and irrigation away from it.
